This article summarizes how ZayZoon is connected to your payroll, and which forms and documents are available through ZayZoon.

ZayZoon is an Employee Benefit

Earned Wage Access (EWA) is provided as an employee benefit through ZayZoon. Your payroll has partnered with ZayZoon to provide this benefit. The Earned Wage Access benefit is available as long as you are still employed. If you move to a new employer that offers ZayZoon as a benefit, then your ZayZoon account would get connected to your new employer.

Payroll is processed through your Payroll Department

Your paychecks earnings and deductions are processed through your employer's payroll department. Your paycheck still comes from your employer on your scheduled pay dates.

Documents Available through your Payroll Department

You will receive your paystubs each time you are paid that will show the range of dates being paid, your official pay date, your earnings for the period, the deductions, and the account that your paycheck was deposited. Your paycheck does not get sent to ZayZoon at any time. The ZayZoon repayment will show up as a deduction on your pay stub.

You will also receive your official tax documents (W-2) from your employer. These documents are not on the ZayZoon app.
