How often does my account update?
You can refresh the app at any time to see the most recent updates. Simply drag down on your screen in the app, or click the refresh button on the desktop site.
Your available balance updates in one of two ways, depending on how your employer shares data:
Daily Balance Increase: If you see this on your My Balance page, your available balance will increase daily.
Shift Worked: If you see this instead, your available balance updates once ZayZoon receives your attendance data from your payroll provider.
Please note that attendance data can take up to 48 hours to be transferred to ZayZoon. For this reason, updates to employer portals may not immediately appear in ZayZoon.
Attendance data is regularly checked and corrected within the system. Please wait up to two business days before requesting updates to incorrect hours.

How do I make sure my account is up-to-date?

When can I take my next payout?
ZayZoon allows for one payout a day and each day resets at 12:00am Eastern Time. You'll be able to take out a new payout after this time.
When will I see repayments?
Repayments are typically deducted from your next paycheck. Once we receive payroll data, ZayZoon automatically updates your repayment information in the app.
Please note:
ZayZoon does not hold your funds or control the timing or amount deducted during payroll processing.
We can’t adjust how much is repaid on a specific date.
