Refreshing and when to expect updates on ZayZoon account

Your ZayZoon account updates based on how your employer shares payroll or attendance data.

Here's what to expect for balance updates, repayments, and payouts—and how to make sure you’re seeing the latest information.

How do I refresh my account?


You can refresh your app at any time to check for new updates:

  • On mobile: Drag down on your screen

  • On desktop: Click the refresh button in the top right corner

This ensures you’re seeing the most current balance, repayment info, and payout availability.

You can also log in and out of your app to pull in the newest updates.

When will my available balance update?


You can see updates on your My Balance, where you'll see either a Daily Balance Increase or Shift/Hours worked.

Note that Shift/Hours worked can take up to 2 business days to fully sync with ZayZoon. For example, hours worked Friday may not appear until Tuesday.

When will my repayments update?


Repayments are typically deducted from your next paycheck on payday.

Once your payroll is processed, ZayZoon automatically updates your repayment status in the app—this can take up to 24 hours after payday.

Important:

  • ZayZoon does not process your paycheck

  • We don’t control the timing or amount of payroll deductions

  • You’ll see repayment deductions listed on your pay stub

When can I take my next payout?


You can take one payout per day. Payouts reset daily at 12:00am Eastern Time.
Need another? Just check back after midnight (ET).
