How often does my account update?
In general, your available balance increases daily* by a fixed amount (a portion of your average daily net earnings from the last few pay periods).
*Depending on the payroll process, some accounts have attendances sent in, which means their balance increases by variable amounts within 48 hours of working a shift.
You can tell if this applies to your account if your My Balance page has entries showing "Shift Added" rather than "Daily Balance Increase"'
If your balance shows "Shift Added", you may need to refresh your page or wait for the payroll data to be processed (can take up to 48 hours).

How do I make sure my account is up-to-date?
Refresh your app by dragging downwards on the screen, or click the refresh button on the desktop site.
When will I see my deducted ZayZoon repayments?
You'll be able to see the deductions from ZayZoon repayments in your next paycheck. The app will update on or shortly after your official pay date.
If your deductions don't seem to match the ones shown in your Activity page, please send a copy of your paystub to a live agent of the ZayZoon Support Team via chat.
