There are no Wages Available on my ZayZoon Account

There could be a few reasons why you are not able to access a payout.

You have a Balance that has rolled over from the last pay cycle

Your accounts' Wages Available will reset on each pay date. That is when your account begins to calculate with the new payroll information. If there was a balance that was not deducted that exceeds what you currently have available, you will not be able to take another payout until your Wages You Can Access is higher than your Wages Already Accessed by at least $20. In this case, it may show a negative amount or an amount below $20 in the Wages Available section.

In this image, the Wages You've Already Accessed is more than the Wages You Can Access by $3. The Wages Available is displayed as $0.

This amount is calculated by automation and cannot be manually changed. You would need to check back the following day(s) for this amount to increase.

You have reached your Maximum Wages Available Limit

Your account could have reached its maximum amount available. This is when your account is increasing as it is intended to and you have taken the full amount that is available to you. Your Wages Available is still increasing but is currently under $20.

In this image, the Wages You've Already Accessed minus the Wages You Can Access is $8. The minimum to take a payout is $20.

You would need to check back to your account the following day(s) to see an increase in your Wages Available. Our team is not able to manually increase your Wages Available.

You have not received your First Pay Check

ZayZoon requires that you have received your first paycheck before you can access a payout. If you have not received your first paycheck from your new employer, you may not be able to access a payout. Please check back in on your account once you have received your first paycheck.

You missed your most Recent Pay Check

Your account needs to maintain regular earnings to be able to offer Earned Wage Access. If you have taken time off or missed the last regular paycheck, your account will not be able to calculate Earned Wages as you have no "earnings". Your account will start to calculate again after you receive your next paycheck.
