You just started a new job
ZayZoon uses your past earnings to calculate the wages to make available in your account.
If you recently started a job with a new employer, you may not be able to access a payout until you've received your first paycheck. Check back after your first paycheck or refer someone who can take a payout!
You've reached your Maximum Wages Available Limit
You've reached all the wages currently available to you! Not to worry, your available wages will continue to increase daily, so check back in a few days.
Once your available wages have increased past the $20 minimum, you'll be able to take a new payout.
You have a balance owing from the last pay cycle
If the available balance is a negative amount, there is likely a balance owing from the previous pay period that is greater than the wages currently available to you. You can check the total owing repayments in your Activity page.
Wait for your availabe wages to increase past the $20 minimum to take a new payout. Your available wages increase daily.
You took time off for leave/vacation and missed a paycheck
Your account needs to maintain regular earnings to be able to offer Earned Wage Access.
Your account will start to calculate again after you receive your next paycheck.
