Who is eligible to use Venmo as a wallet?
Customers in the United States who are at least 18 years of age and have an existing Venmo account.
You can only use one Venmo accout with ZayZoon.

How do I find my ZayZoon payout in Venmo?
Open your Venmo app and click on Me in the bottom right corner.
Click on Transactions and look for a payout from "ZayZoon US Inc."
If you have push notifications, email or text notifications turned on for Venmo, you will receive a notification when the payout is received.
What if I sent my funds to the wrong Venmo account?
Once the funds are sent from ZayZoon to Venmo, we may not be able to cancel the payment.
Please reach out to Customer Care and advise them that you have sent your Venmo to the wrong account so they can check the status of the payout.
If the payout is successful then you will need to reach out to Venmo's help center here or start a Venmo Dispute here.
