How do I add the Venmo wallet?

Whenever you request a new payout, you'll be prompted to choose the wallet where you want to receive funds.

Click Add a new wallet when taking out a payout and select "Venmo".

⚠️ Important: Make sure the phone number you've entered in your ZayZoon account matches the one linked to your Venmo account. This ensures your payout goes through without issues.

How do I find my ZayZoon payout in Venmo?

  1. Open your Venmo app.

  2. Click on Me in the bottom right corner.

  3. Click on Transactions and look for a payout from "ZayZoon US Inc."

If you have push notifications, email or text notifications turned on for Venmo, you will receive a notification when the payout is received.

If you see a pending, on hold, or blocked status, you'll need to contact Venmo Customer Service for more information.

What if I changed my phone number?

If you changed your phone number, disable your ZayZoon Venmo immediately to prevent accidental payouts to the old number.

Then add the Venmo wallet again with your new number.

What if I sent my funds to the wrong Venmo account?

Once the funds are sent from ZayZoon to Venmo, we may not be able to cancel the payment.

  1. Open the chat in your ZayZoon app as soon as possible to let our team know what happened.

  2. Disable the ZayZoon Venmo wallet connected to the incorrect number immediately to prevent accidental payouts.

If the payout has been claimed by the recipient, you will need to reach out to Venmo's help center here or start a Venmo Dispute here.
