To maintain the security of your account, make sure your personal information is up to date in your account.
You'll need to log into your account to change your email address, your phone number, and your password in the Profile section of your account.
Mobile App
To modify your account information on the ZayZoon mobile app:
Log in on the ZayZoon mobile app: Get it on Google Play or Download it on the App Store for iOS.
Tap the 3 dots for More.
Select Profile.
Update your personal information.
Desktop Site
To modify your account information on the web browser:
Log in to your account on www.zayzoon.com.
Click your initials in the top right corner.
Update your personal information.
How do I make sure my account is up-to-date?
Refresh your app by dragging downwards on the screen, or click the refresh button on the desktop site.
How do I update my address?
ZayZoon receives your information directly from your payroll system, so you can inform your employer directly about your address change.
Once your employer updates your address in the payroll system, it will reflect in your ZayZoon account within 1-2 business days.
Trying to update other information?
If you have changed employers or payroll providers, contact a live agent via chat with a copy of your paystub so we can help link payroll to your account.
