How to update my account information

Manage and change your email, phone number, and password in your ZayZoon account

To help keep your account secure, make sure your personal information is stays up to date.

You can update your email address, phone number, and password by logging into your account and visiting the Profile section.

Mobile App


  1. Log in to the ZayZoon app (Google Play | App Store)

  2. Tap More

  3. Select Profile

  4. Update your personal information.

Desktop Site


  1. Log in at www.zayzoon.com

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner

  3. Update your personal information

How do I update my address?


If you've changed addresses, you'll need to update this through your employer.

Once it's received through payroll, your ZayZoon app will update - this can take 1-2 business days.

How do I update my employer/payroll provider?


ZayZoon is offered through your employer and payroll provider, so if you:

  • Changed jobs or left your employer

  • Started at a new location (with the same employer)

  • Changed payroll providers

Your account may be temporarily be unavailable while we connect to payroll.

We're here to help! Reach out to our team through the chat in the ZayZoon app letting us about any changes.

If you have a new job or payroll provider, include a recent copy of your paystub.
