How do I update my account information?

How to change your email, phone number, and password in your ZayZoon account

To maintain the security of your account make sure your personal information is up to date in your account.

You'll need to log into your account to change your email address, your phone number, and your password in the Profile section of your account.

Mobile App

To modify your account information on the ZayZoon mobile app:

  1. Log in on the ZayZoon mobile app: Get it on Google Play or Download it on the App Store for iOS.

  2. Tap the 3 dots for More.

  3. Select Profile.

  4. Update your personal information.

Desktop Site

To modify your account information on the web browser:

  1. Log in to your account on www.zayzoon.com.

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner.

  3. Update your personal information.

You can also update your wallets in the app or request that the team updates your hours if you notice a discrepancy lasting longer than 48 hours.

How do I update my address?

ZayZoon receives your information directly from your payroll system. Update your address information directly with your employer.

Once your employer updates your address in the payroll system, it will reflect in your ZayZoon account within 1-2 business days.

Trying to update other information?

​If you have changed employers or payroll providers, contact a live agent via live chat or at support@zayzoon.com with a copy of your paystub for review.
