Depending on your account settings, you'll have the option of making a manual repayment of the overdue payouts so you can start taking payouts again.

How do I make a manual repayment?

You'll be able to make a manual repayment of your overdue account/payout either on pay day or on the day after pay day, once we've confirmed the repayment was not deducted in full.

To make a manual repayment of your overdue balance and access new payouts:

1. Sign into the ZayZoon app

2. Go to the Activity page (or scroll down and click View All)

3. Select the payout with the overdue badge

4. Click "Repay"

If you do not see the red "Overdue" button, try refreshing your app.

If it has been more than 24 hours past your pay date, please reach out to the ZayZoon Customer Care team via chat or email at support@zayzoon.com for further assistance.

Why can't I make a manual repayment?

Weekly Pay Cycle

Note: If you are paid on a weekly pay cycle, you will not be able to make any manual repayments to an overdue balance. As each payroll system has varying cut-off periods, this restriction is in place to protect your earnings from double deductions.

Please wait for your next pay date to see if you can access a new payout.

Less than $25 overdue

If you have an overdue amount that is less than $25, ZayZoon will automatically take the repayment on your next payday.

This means you can still access payouts (if you have Wages Available), and you won't need to worry about paying the remaining amount manually!

If I repay my Overdue Balance, how soon can I take another payout?

Once the overdue amount has been repaid, you can start requesting payouts again immediately (if you have Wages Available).

If you don't have enough wages, wait for your balance to increase daily until you can access $20 or more.
