Round-Robin Capacity Management

Host multiple participants in a single Round-Robin appointment with Zeeg's Capacity Management feature. Perfect for group training sessions, workshops, and team consultations.

Previously, each Round-Robin appointment was limited to a single participant. With Capacity Management, you can now set a maximum number of participants for each Round-Robin time slot, allowing multiple people to book the same appointment.

Capacity Management for Round-Robin appointments is exclusively available in Business and Enterprise plans.

How It Works

  1. You create a Round-Robin scheduling page and set a maximum capacity (e.g., 10 participants)

  2. Participants book the time slot through your scheduling link

  3. Zeeg tracks how many spots are filled in real-time

  4. The appointment is automatically assigned to an available team member based on your Round-Robin distribution settings

  5. When the maximum capacity is reached, that time slot becomes unavailable for new bookings

  6. Your team always knows how many participants to expect

How to Set Up Capacity Management

Before you begin

Ensure the following:

  • You have a Business or Enterprise subscription of Zeeg

  • You have already created a Round-Robin scheduling page

Configuring participant capacity

  1. From your Dashboard, find the Round-Robin scheduling page you want to edit

  2. Click on the three dots and select Edit

  3. Navigate to Advanced scheduling settings

  4. Look for the Participant Capacity option

  5. Enter the maximum number of participants allowed per appointment

  6. Click Save to apply your changes

Once configured, your Round-Robin appointments will accept bookings up to the specified capacity limit.

  • Workshops: Manage workshop registrations with limited seats

Why This Matters

Before Capacity Management: To host 10 people for a training session, you needed to either:

  • Create 10 separate one-on-one appointments (time-consuming and inefficient)

  • Use a different booking system outside of Zeeg

With Capacity Management: Create one Round-Robin appointment, set the capacity to 10, and let participants book until it's full. Your team is automatically assigned based on availability, and everyone saves time.
