Deleting your Zeeg account is a permanent action that removes your profile, scheduling pages, CRM data, calendar integrations, and all other data associated with your account. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
If you’re an organization owner, prior to deleting your account you must transfer ownership of your organization to another member or delete the organization entirely. You cannot delete your account while you are the active owner of an organization.
Before you delete your account
There are a few things to take care of before proceeding:
Export your data: If you want to keep a copy of your CRM contacts, booking history, or other records, export them before deleting your account. Once the account is deleted, this data cannot be retrieved.
Cancel your subscription: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. Make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges. You can do this under Workspace settings > Subscription.
Transfer or delete your organization: If you are the owner of a Zeeg organization, you need to either:
Transfer ownership to another team member, or
Delete the organization before proceeding
How to delete your account
On your account, click on your workspace name, on the top left corner and go to My Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the Delete Account section. Then, click Delete Account.
3. A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the warning carefully, then confirm the deletion.
Your account will be permanently deleted. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Just want a break from bookings? Instead of deleting your account, you can deactivate your scheduling pages so no new bookings can be made—without losing any of your data. You can reactivate them at any time from your Dashboard.
Only want to delete a workspace? You don't need to delete your entire account to remove a workspace. You can delete an individual workspace from Workspace Settings while keeping your Zeeg account and any other workspaces intact.
Frequently asked questions
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data—including contacts, scheduling pages, and booking history—will be removed and cannot be restored.
Can I delete just a workspace and keep my account?
Yes. Deleting a workspace is separate from deleting your account. Go to Workspace Settings to delete a specific workspace. Your account and any remaining workspaces will be unaffected.
What happens to my scheduled meetings after I delete my account?
Any upcoming meetings will no longer be managed through Zeeg. We recommend cancelling all scheduled meetings and notifying your invitees before deleting your account.
Will my invitees be notified?
Zeeg does not automatically notify your invitees when you delete your account. It is your responsibility to inform them before proceeding.
What happens to my custom domain?
If you have set up a custom domain for your scheduling pages, deleting your account will make those pages unavailable. You may want to update your DNS records accordingly.
What happens to my data after deletion?
Upon deletion, Zeeg will stop displaying your data. However, data that has already been shared with or transmitted to other users—such as calendar invites or emails—may be retained by those recipients. Some residual data may also remain in Zeeg's systems for a limited period for legal and operational purposes (such as accounting records or dispute resolution), in line with GDPR requirements.
