How to Use Zeeg for Agencies

Use Zeeg to manage multiple clients, deliver white-label scheduling experiences, and hand off fully configured environments — all from one account.

Zeeg is a scheduling and CRM platform built around the booking process. If you run an agency, this means you can set up complete, isolated Zeeg workspaces for each client — with their own CRM data, booking pages, calendar integrations, and billing — and transfer ownership when you're done.

You can create as many Workspaces as needed regardless of your own plan. Each Workspace runs on its own independent subscription — for example, one client on the Business plan and another on Professional, depending on their needs.

What Zeeg can do for agencies

Zeeg eliminates the operational overhead that slows agencies down. Instead of managing separate accounts for each client, Zeeg gives you one login with unlimited Workspaces you can switch between instantly.

Instead of building scheduling setups from scratch each time, you can develop a standardized configuration and replicate it across clients. Instead of handing clients a blank tool, you deliver a fully configured environment — with their booking pages, CRM structure, routing logic, and branding already in place.

And instead of staying on as an admin forever, you transfer ownership and/or add collaborators as you wish with a single click when the engagement is complete.

How to get started with Zeeg as an agency

  1. Create a client Workspace — Set up a separate environment for each client with its own data, settings, and billing.

  2. Configure their booking pages — Set up scheduling pages, availability, and location preferences on behalf of your client.

  3. Build their CRM structure — Create custom objects, attributes, and pipelines that match their workflow.

  4. Set up Routing Forms — Qualify their inbound leads and route them to the right person automatically.

  5. Apply white-label branding — Customize booking pages with the client's logo, colors, and domain.

  6. Transfer ownership — Hand the workspace to your client when setup is complete, retaining admin access if needed.

Manage every client from one account

Instead of logging in and out of separate Zeeg accounts, all your client environments live under one login. Use the Workspace switcher in the top left corner to jump between clients instantly.

Each Workspace is completely isolated — contacts, companies, CRM records, booking pages, and settings never mix between clients. This ensures professional data boundaries and GDPR compliance across your entire client base.

You can create as many Workspaces as needed regardless of your plan. Each Workspace runs on its own individual subscription — for example, one client on the Business plan and another on Professional, depending on their needs.

Set up client environments before handoff

Agencies get the most value from Zeeg by doing the configuration work upfront. Before inviting a client, you can:

  • Build their scheduling pages with correct availability, duration, and meeting locations

  • Create their CRM structure — custom objects, attributes, and pipeline stages

  • Set up Routing Forms to qualify inbound leads

  • Configure automations so data is captured from the first booking

  • Apply their branding to booking pages and confirmation emails

When everything is ready, invite the client to their Workspace and transfer ownership so they become the account holder — with billing, user management, and full control.

Deliver white-label booking experiences

Your clients' customers should never see a generic scheduling page. Zeeg booking pages can be fully customized with your client's logo, brand colors, and a custom domain (e.g., book.yourclient.com) — creating a seamless experience that looks native to their business.

For agencies managing client-facing scheduling, this means every touchpoint from first booking to confirmation email reflects the client's brand, not a third-party tool.

Qualify and route inbound leads for your clients

Set up Routing Forms on behalf of your clients to ask qualifying questions — company size, service interest, budget range — and automatically route leads to the right team member or scheduling page based on their answers. This removes the need for manual lead assignment and reduces time-to-meeting for their highest-priority prospects.

Routing Forms are available on the Business plan and above.

Build CRM pipelines tailored to each client

Every client has different workflows. Use Custom Objects to build CRM structures that match exactly how each client tracks their business — whether that's a Deals pipeline for a sales-led client, a Projects object for a consulting firm, or a Cases tracker for a support-heavy business.

Custom attributes let you define the exact fields each client needs, from deal values and stages to contract dates and assigned owners.

Custom Objects are available on the Business plan and above.

Transfer ownership when your engagement ends

When implementation is complete, you can transfer the Workspace to your client so they become the owner. They gain full control over billing and user management, while you can stay on as an Administrator if ongoing support is part of your offering.

This makes Zeeg a natural fit for productized agency services: configure once, hand off cleanly, retain access only as needed.

Reduce no-shows for your clients' meetings

Automated email confirmations are sent to both the host and the guest immediately after a booking. You can configure additional reminders so your clients' meetings stay top of mind and no-show rates stay low — without any manual follow-up required.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage all my clients from one Zeeg account?

Yes. Each client gets their own Workspace — a completely isolated environment with its own data, settings, and billing. You can access and switch between all Workspaces from a single login.

What happens when I transfer a Workspace to a client?

The client becomes the Workspace owner with full control, including billing and user management. You can remain as an Administrator if your engagement continues, or be removed once the handoff is complete. Your other Workspaces are not affected.

Can I build the setup before inviting my client?

Yes. You can configure everything in a Workspace — booking pages, CRM structure, routing forms, automations, and branding — before inviting your client. This lets you deliver a ready-to-use environment rather than a blank tool.

Does each client Workspace have its own billing?

Yes. Each Workspace has its own independent subscription. You can choose a plan per client based on their needs — for example, Business for one client and Professional for another.

Can client data ever mix between Workspaces?

No. Workspaces are completely isolated. Contacts, CRM records, booking pages, and settings are separate and cannot be shared or accessed across Workspaces.

Can I set up a custom domain for each client's booking pages?

Yes. Each Workspace supports its own custom domain (e.g., book.yourclient.com), so your clients' booking pages look native to their brand.

What roles can I assign to my team within a client Workspace?

Workspace roles include Owner, Administrator, and User. As the agency setting up the Workspace, you start as Owner, then transfer that role to the client. Your team members can be added as Administrators for full configuration access, or as Users for standard access.

Can I use Zeeg to manage my own agency's bookings alongside client Workspaces?

Yes. Your own agency's scheduling and CRM live in your primary Workspace, completely separate from client Workspaces. You switch between them from the same account.

Does Zeeg support calendar integrations for each client separately?

Yes. Each Workspace has its own calendar integrations. You can connect Google Calendar, Outlook, Exchange, or Apple Calendar independently per Workspace.

Can I connect client Workspaces to other tools via Zapier?

Yes. The Zapier integration lets each Workspace connect to 5,000+ external apps — CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, and more. Zapier is available on the Business plan and above.
