Your Zeeg subscription can be cancelled at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan's features until the end of your current billing period. Once that period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan and any features exclusive to paid plans will no longer be available.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, depending on when your subscription started. Upon cancellation, automatic renewal will be stopped, but you will retain full access to the product until the end of your current term.
Before you cancel your subscription
Before proceeding, keep the following in mind:
Access until period ends: You won't lose access immediately. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for.
Data retention: Your contacts, CRM records, and scheduling pages are not deleted upon cancellation. However, features that exceed the Starter plan's limits (e.g., Custom Objects, additional team members) will become inaccessible.
Team members: If your organization has multiple users, downgrading to the Starter plan may affect their access. Review your plan's seat limits before cancelling.
No refunds for partial periods: Zeeg does not issue refunds for unused time in the current billing period.
How to cancel your subscription
1. In the top left corner, click on your account name or organization name.
2. Go to Workspace settings.
3. Navigate to the Subscription section.
4. Click Cancel subscription.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Once confirmed, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan.
How to reactivate your subscription
If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time:
Go to Workspace settings > Subscription.
Select your preferred plan and complete the payment.
FAQ
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Zeeg does not currently offer a pause option. If you need a break, you can cancel and resubscribe when you're ready.
Will I be charged again after cancellation?
No. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made. You will not be billed at the next renewal date.
I cancelled but I'm still being charged. What should I do?
Contact our support team at support@zeeg.me with your account details and we'll look into it right away.
Can I get a refund?
Zeeg does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@zeeg.me.
What happens to my team members if I downgrade?
Team member seats are a paid feature. Upon downgrading to Starter, additional users may lose access to the organization. We recommend reviewing your team setup before cancelling.
How do I know when my current billing period ends?
You can find your current billing period end date under Workspace settings > Subscription. Your cancellation confirmation email will also include this date.
If I'm on an annual plan, how do I cancel?
The process is the same as for monthly plans β go to Workspace settings > Subscription > Cancel subscription.
Can I export my data before cancelling?
Yes. You can export your CRM contacts and company data to CSV or Excel at any time from your CRM object views. We recommend doing this before downgrading if you want to keep a local backup.
What happens if I had a custom domain or branding configured?
Custom domain and white-label branding features are available on paid plans. After downgrading to Starter, these settings will no longer be active and your booking pages will revert to the default Zeeg domain.
What happens if I cancel during a free trial?
If you cancel during a free trial, your trial will end and your account will move to the Starter (free) plan immediately. No charges will be made.
