Starter — Free forever
The Starter plan is a good fit if you're an individual who wants to explore Zeeg's scheduling capabilities without a financial commitment. It includes 2 scheduling pages and access to the online help center.
Keep in mind that the Starter plan does not include CRM features, integrations, or team scheduling. If you need any of those, one of the paid plans will be a better fit.
Who it's for: Solo users testing the platform, or anyone with simple, personal scheduling needs.
Professional — from €10/month/user
The Professional plan is designed for freelancers and small teams who need more than basic scheduling. It unlocks unlimited scheduling pages, CRM capture, payment collection via Stripe and PayPal, group events, and workflow automation including follow-up emails.
On the integrations side, Professional users get access to Zapier and SMTP. Advanced integrations like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce are not available on this plan.
CRM customization is not included — custom objects and custom attributes require the Business plan or above.
Support on this plan includes email support.
Who it's for: Freelancers and small service businesses that need reliable scheduling, basic CRM, and payment collection without the complexity of team features.
Business — from €16/month/user
The Business plan is where Zeeg's team scheduling and CRM capabilities open up significantly. It builds on everything in Professional and adds round-robin booking, team scheduling, lead routing, SDR/AE handover, and deeper integrations.
On the CRM side, Business users can create 1 custom object with up to 5 custom attributes per object. This is the entry point for teams that want to track deals, projects, or other data structures beyond standard contacts and companies.
Integrations available from Business onwards include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce.
Support expands to include chat support, and 2FA enforcement becomes available for admin security.
Who it's for: Sales teams, agencies, and growing companies that need team scheduling coordination, CRM customization, and connectivity with their existing tools.
Scale — from €30/month/user
The Scale plan is built for teams that are growing fast and need more CRM depth and administrative control. It expands CRM customization to 5 custom objects with up to 10 custom attributes each — giving you substantial flexibility to model your business data the way you need.
Scale also unlocks Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM provisioning, making it suitable for teams with centralized identity management. Priority support is also included at this tier.
Who it's for: Mid-to-large teams that need advanced CRM structures, identity management, and priority-level support.
Enterprise — Custom pricing
The Enterprise plan is for large organizations with specific requirements. It includes everything in Scale, plus 10 custom objects with up to 50 custom attributes each, a dedicated account manager, and custom pricing tailored to your team's size and needs.
To discuss Enterprise, contact the Zeeg sales team at zeeg.me.
Who it's for: Large organizations with complex workflows, high user volumes, and the need for a dedicated point of contact.

Which plan is right for me?
Choosing a plan comes down to what you actually need from Zeeg — whether that's simple scheduling, team coordination, CRM customization, or enterprise-grade security. Here's a practical breakdown to help you decide.
If you just need basic scheduling
The Starter or Professional plan will likely cover everything you need. With Starter, you get 2 scheduling pages at no cost — enough to test the platform and handle simple, personal scheduling. If you need more, Professional unlocks unlimited scheduling pages, group events, payment collection via Stripe and PayPal, and workflow automation like follow-up emails.
Keep in mind: neither Starter nor Professional includes CRM features, team scheduling, or advanced integrations. If those matter to your workflow, you'll want to look at Business or above.
If you want more complete scheduling for a team
Business is where Zeeg's team capabilities open up in a meaningful way. You get round-robin booking, team scheduling, and lead routing — so you can distribute meetings across your team automatically and hand off leads between SDRs and AEs without manual coordination. Combined with integrations like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel, Business is a strong fit for sales teams that want scheduling and pipeline management working together.
You also get your first CRM customization tools at this tier: 1 custom object with up to 5 custom attributes per object — enough to start tracking deals, projects, or other data beyond standard contacts and companies.
If you need to run group meetings or events
Group events are available from Professional onwards, so you don't need a higher tier just for that. However, if you need to coordinate multiple hosts — for example, panel interviews, multi-stakeholder demos, or team-led webinars — Business introduces collective and team scheduling features that give you proper multi-host coordination.
If you need more complex scheduling — routing, round-robin, or AI
For routing forms and round-robin booking, you'll need at least Business. These features let you qualify leads through forms and distribute bookings across team members based on rules you define — useful for sales teams managing inbound volume across multiple reps.
If you want AI phone booking — where an AI automatically answers calls, qualifies callers, and books appointments without human intervention — that's available on the Professional Plan, coming with additional pricing.
If you want to customize your CRM data structure
Business gives you a first taste of CRM customization with 1 custom object and 5 attributes per object. But if your business model requires tracking multiple data types — for example, deals, projects, properties, and tickets — you'll need Scale, which allows up to 5 custom objects with 10 attributes each. Enterprise expands this further to 10 objects and 50 attributes per object.
If you're currently tracking important business data in spreadsheets outside your CRM, that's usually a sign you need custom objects. Scale is the natural fit for teams at that stage.
If security and access management are a priority
Scale is the entry point for SSO and SCIM provisioning, which are typically required by IT teams managing centralized identity across an organization. Business includes 2FA enforcement, which is a good intermediate step for smaller teams that want stronger admin security without full identity federation.
Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and custom pricing for organizations that need a named point of contact and tailored commercial arrangements.
Still unsure? Start with the free trial on Business — it's the plan where most of Zeeg's team scheduling and CRM features become available, so it gives you a complete picture of what Zeeg can do before you commit.
AI Phone Booking
Zeeg's AI phone bot automatically answers incoming calls and handles the entire appointment booking process without any human intervention. The bot greets callers professionally, asks qualifying questions, checks availability in real time, and confirms appointments directly during the call – including automatic confirmation emails to both parties.
AI phone booking is available as a paid add-on from the Professional plan onwards. It is billed in addition to your regular plan price on a per-minute basis. The cost depends on the minute package you choose.
Available minute packages
Package | Inbound minutes | €/min (exact) |
€49 | 250 | €0.196/min |
€99 | 750 | €0.132/min |
€199 | 1,550 | €0.128/min |
€299 | 2,500 | €0.120/min |
€499 | 4,400 | €0.113/min |
€999 | 9,000 | €0.111/min |
Larger packages offer a lower cost per minute, so teams with high call volumes will benefit from choosing a bigger package.

FAQ
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Which plans have a free trial, and how long is it?
All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can start it directly from the Zeeg pricing page without committing to a paid subscription. Starter is free forever, so no trial is needed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card is required to sign up for the Starter plan or to begin the Business free trial. You'll only need to add payment details when you're ready to activate a paid subscription.
What happens at the end of my trial?
When your 14-day Business trial ends, your account will revert to the free Starter plan. You won't be charged automatically. Any data you created during the trial — contacts, custom objects, scheduling pages — will be retained, but features exclusive to Professional or higher will become inaccessible until you upgrade.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle, and will I be charged immediately or on the next cycle? Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When you do, the cost difference is prorated based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle, so you'll only pay for what you use. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Is there a refund policy if I change my mind?
For specific questions about refunds, contact Zeeg support through your dashboard. As a general principle, annual plans are billed upfront, so it's worth making use of the free trial before committing to a yearly subscription.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data remains intact. However, features not included in your new plan will become inaccessible. For example, if you downgrade from Scale to Business, you'll lose access to SSO and SCIM settings, but the underlying data is not deleted. If you upgrade again later, access is restored.
Will I lose my custom objects if I downgrade from Business to Professional?
Your custom object data will not be deleted, but you will no longer be able to view or edit those objects on the Professional plan, since custom objects require Business or above. If you upgrade back to Business or higher, your custom objects and their records will become accessible again.
Can I cancel anytime, or am I locked into a contract?
You can cancel at any time. On a monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. On an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the paid year. There are no long-term lock-in contracts on self-serve plans. Enterprise agreements may have custom terms — confirm these with the Zeeg sales team when discussing your contract.
How does per-user pricing work — am I charged for inactive users?
Zeeg charges per active seat in your organization. If a user has been added to your organization, they count toward your seat total regardless of how frequently they log in. To stop being charged for a user, you'll need to remove them from your organization.
Can I add or remove seats mid-subscription?
Yes. You can add seats at any time — the cost is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Removing seats takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do all users in my organization need to be on the same plan?
Generally yes — all users within a Zeeg organization share the same plan. However, you can create different workspaces, with each having a separate pricing plan. These is especially useful for agencies managing different clients.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you 20% compared to paying month-to-month. For example, the Business plan costs €20/user/month on a monthly basis, but drops to €16/user/month when billed annually. The same 20% discount applies across all paid plans. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings.
Do you offer discounts for startups, NGOs, or educational institutions?
Zeeg does consider special pricing for qualifying organizations. If you represent a nonprofit, educational institution, or early-stage startup, reach out to the Zeeg team directly to discuss your situation. Contact details are available through the Zeeg dashboard or at zeeg.me.
How do I get Enterprise pricing?
