How to Upload an Audio File

  1. Open the Zeplyn app (on your computer)
    Go to https://app.zeplyn.ai

  2. Click “Create” (Top Right)

Add a title to your meeting.

  3. Select “Upload Recording”

  4. Click “Consent Received”
Confirm that all participants in the recording gave their consent to be transcribed.

  5. Select a Meeting Type
Choose the appropriate meeting type (e.g., Client, Internal, Debrief, Discovery, Annual Review, or Onboarding). This determines how your notes will be formatted and summarized.

  6. Enter Attendees
Add the names of the individuals who were part of the recorded conversation.

  7. Upload Your Audio File
Upload your audio file. Zeplyn supports most audio files.

  8. Click “Submit”
Zeplyn will process your audio file and generate a new note in the Past Meetings section once complete.

Notes

  • Audio uploads generate fully editable Zeplyn notes, just like live meetings.

  • This is a great option when the notetaker wasn’t used during the live conversation.
