Syncing Your Note and Tasks to Your CRM

Once your meeting note is ready, you can sync it directly to your CRM to streamline follow-up, documentation, and task management.

Here’s how to use the updated sync interface:

1. Click “Sync to CRM”

From your meeting view, click the “Sync to CRM” button to open the Attributes to sync panel.

2. Choose What to Sync

You’ll see individual toggles for each note section. You can now customize exactly which details you’d like to sync. Options include:

  • Meeting title

  • Meeting attendees

  • Meeting details

  • Keywords

  • Action Items - Only checked tasks will sync to your CRM

  • Key Takeaways

  • Advisor Notes

  • Summary

3. Sync Action Items with Partial Sync

You can now select specific tasks to sync rather than all or none. Just check the boxes next to the action items you want to include in your CRM. Unchecked items will remain in Zeplyn only.

Note: Task assignees must be manually assigned in your CRM after syncing unless already linked within your system.

4. Review and Confirm

Once your selections are made, click Synchronize to complete the process. A confirmation will appear once the sync is successful.

⚠️ After syncing, your note is no longer editable in Zeplyn.
