How can I start a session with my client(s)?

Learn the ways you can start a session with your client.

Join your upcoming sessions with your client through Zoee. To make sure you won't miss any sessions, check out these easy steps below!

By going to Sessions:

  1. To start a session, go to Sessions in the navigation panel.

    • This will show your active and past sessions.

    • If you haven’t scheduled a session with your client or lead, you can schedule a Quick Session with them.

  2. Click Join Meeting, this will redirect you to a video conference call where your client can join.

By going to Today:

  1. To check your sessions for today, go to Today in the navigation panel.

    • Here you will see all your scheduled sessions with your clients for the day.

    • You can filter the calendar to show you your scheduled Coach meetings, Member meetings, and even Non-Zoee managed meetings in your calendar.

  2. Select the session that you have.

  3. Click Join Session.

By going to Schedule:

  1. Another way you can start a session is by going to Schedule in the navigation panel.

    • Here, you can see upcoming meetings in a calendar view.

    • The days with blue dots indicate a scheduled session.

  2. Navigate to your Calendar.

  3. Select a Date.

  4. Select the session you’d like to join.

  5. Click on Join Session to start a video conference with your client.

Create New Session:

Haven’t scheduled a session with your client? You can easily schedule a new meeting through Zoee.

  1. To create a new session, go to Schedule in the navigation panel.

  2. Click on New Meeting.

  3. Select whether the session is Billable or Non-Billable.

  4. On the following page, select the person you want to invite.

  5. Select the date and time that is most convenient for you and your client.

  6. Confirm the details of the session.

  7. Click Send Invite.
