How can I start a session with my client(s)?

Learn the ways you can start a session with your client.

Connecting with your clients on Zoee is easy! Here’s how you can schedule and start a session, whether it's a planned meeting or a quick check-in.

1. From the Dashboard

  • On the dashboard, you’ll see an overview of all your upcoming meetings. When it’s time for your session, a Join button will appear, allowing you to quickly jump into the meeting room.

2. From the Contacts Page

  • Go to your Contacts page and select the client you want to meet with. Scroll down to My Sessions to view any scheduled meetings.

  • If you don’t see any, or if the client hasn’t enrolled in a service, you’ll have the option to Invite to Service. If they’ve already enrolled but haven’t scheduled a session, you’ll see Schedule Session to book a time.

3. From the Video Hub Tab

  • In the Sessions tab, you can see all your past and active sessions. If you don’t have anything scheduled, you can start a Quick Session—a non-billable, immediate call for quick check-ins or urgent matters. Your client will be notified both in the app and via email.

  • You can also schedule a new session from this page by clicking Schedule a Session, which will take you to the invite Contacts page. From there, select a client, and choose a service they’ve enrolled in. If they haven’t enrolled in anything yet, select Create Non-billable Meeting. Confirm the client you want to schedule with and select a time for the meeting.
