February 23, 2024 Release

  • 🚀 Ability To Choose What Featured Content Displays In Overview Bento Boxes
    Coaches now have the freedom to customize the content showcased on the overview page of your Zoee profile. Additionally, you can incorporate text-based content instead of the typical featured content, allowing you to include quotes, external testimonials, or motivational phrases that resonate with you.

  • ✨ Improved Experience Switching Between Coach & Member Profile Enhancements have been made to streamline the user experience when transitioning between your coach and member accounts. Now, switching to your member account is conveniently accessible from the "Manage" page. Once in your member account, a clear "Switch to Coach" button is located in the top navigation, providing improved feedback on your current role to minimize any potential confusion.

  • ✨ Visual Feedback On Number Of Users In Group Chat You can now see how many participants are in a group chat in the Inbox, denoted by a number on the top right of the first participant's avatar.

  • ✨ Truncated Names in Modals/Containers Extended names and email addresses are now truncated in smaller spaces, such as the "My Contacts" section on the "Home" page and when initiating a new chat in the Inbox. This ensures that essential buttons and checkboxes remain visible and accessible.

  • ✨ Main Features Now Showing In Service Preview Before Saving Complete service content, along with a list of added main features, is now visible in the "Preview" screen before saving a draft or publishing a service. This enhancement aims to provide more comprehensive feedback during the service creation process.

  • ✨ Entire Service Card Now Clickable From Profile Page The entire service card within the "Services" tab is now clickable, making it easier for potential clients to access more information about your specific services.

  • ✨ "See All" Link Added To Main Services Section On Overview Page A "See All" link has been added to the services section on the overview bento page, allowing for easier discoverability for clients of the full list of services you offer.

  • ✨ Visual Cues For Uneditable Items When Editing A Service With Clients Enrolled We've introduced visual cues to highlight items on the service creation/edit page that cannot be edited when modifying a service with active enrolled clients.

  • ✨ "Learn More" In Payment and Billing Pages Now Link To Help Articles We've improved how we're delivery further details on payment processing security via Stripe and processing fees and payout speed with links articles in our help center.

  • ✨ Standardized "+ Add" buttons for visual consistency We've standardized the appearance of the "+ Add" buttons across the platform, promoting visual consistency and enhancing the learnability of our system.

  • 🐛 Banner & Profile Images Now Updating Correctly We've fixed the issue with uploading new banner & profile images. Users should no longer have to clear their image cache in order to see their updated images on their profiles.

  • 🐛 Profile Image Crop Now Updating Correctly The problem with cropping profile photos in Zoee has been resolved, and users should now be able to crop their profile photos successfully.


February 6, 2024 Release

  • 🚀 Buffer Time In Availability Rules Coaches and clients can now add buffer times to their availability rules, ensuring they have ample transition time between sessions.

  • 🚀 Client Experience Product Tour & Checklist We have developed an onboarding product tour along with a setup checklist for client accounts, assisting them in taking essential steps for the initial account setup and gaining familiarity with the platform.

  • 🚀✨Ability to re-order blogs and videos In edit mode, coaches now have the ability to rearrange the order of their blogs and videos on their profile page. This allows them to manage the presentation of featured content, determining both the sequence in which it appears and the specific items showcased on their overview page.

  • 🚀✨ Enrollment Emails & Invite To Connect Emails To Clients We have enhanced the user experience in contact invite emails to clients by categorizing them based on whether the clients are new to Zoee or have existing accounts. Additionally, we have updated the emails sent to clients after enrolling in a service, delivering more comprehensive information directly within the email.

  • ✨Primary Calendar Assignment If secondary calendar connected and primary calendar deleted, your secondary calendar will now be assigned at the primary calendar.

  • ✨Non-Zoee Declined Events Non-Zoee events declined via calendar now show up in Zoee with a line through event name on calendar.

  • ✨Improved Visibility On Toggle Switches We've improved the color contrast on toggle switches within the application for better visibility

  • ✨Success Message After Scheduling Session Upon scheduling a session with a contact, users will now receive a success message at the top of the screen to provide feedback on the successful completion of the action.

  • ✨Increased Character Limit In Profile About Section The character limit on the profile page "About" section has bee increased to 1500 characters for more space to share your background as a coach.

  • ✨Banner Fixed Aspect Ratio Profile page banner images now maintain a consistent aspect ratio, ensuring optimal visibility even when the screen size is adjusted.

  • ✨Photo & Video Guidelines We've added guidelines for choosing professional photos for marketplace along with a section in our terms & conditions on prohibited & restricted content.

  • 🐛 Profile Photo Upload Bug We've refined the process of cropping and updating profile photos, ensuring that your profile photo is now updated accurately.

  • 🐛 Password Reset Fix We have resolved the issue that was hindering users from resetting their passwords, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

  • 🐛 Session Cancel Fix We have resolved the issue was affecting canceling sessions.

  • 🐛 Screen No Longer Blurs When Messaging Messaging a client or coach no longer shows blurred background with "X" in center of screen

  • 🐛 Notifications Taking Users To Correct Location When clicked, notifications now take users to the correct locations with the application.

  • 🐛 Consultations Now Showing Up When Scheduled We identified and fixed the bug that was affecting the visibility of scheduled consultations. They should now be showing up in both the coach and client accounts when scheduled.


January 15, 2024 Release

  • ✨ New Client Redirect On Profile Page Clients should no longer be redirected to their account if they try to schedule or message from a coach profile and have to create a new account. Instead they stay on the profile page to continue engaging with your content and services!

  • ✨ Session Notifications Coach and client both get notifications if session is rescheduled or cancelled.

  • ✨ Editing Enrolled In Services Friction Coaches can now update service content such as title, description, image, and features even when clients are already enrolled in the service.

  • ✨ Home Dashboard Landing Coaches are now redirected to Home if setup steps in Manage are complete

  • 🐛✨ Client Invite We cleaned up sending invites to clients who are not yet on Zoee. Now, upon receiving email invite, clients have their account autogenerated and invite from coach waiting in their Inbox.

  • 🐛 Orientation Call Pop-Up Orientation calendar no longer pops up every time you navigate back to Manage page.

  • 🐛 Calendar Filter The calendar filter is now working so you can choose to see you whole calendar or just Zoee sessions.

  • 🐛 Group Service Dates We fixed the bug causing a group session date to atomically advance a week from the enrollment close date. Group service dates are now being set correctly

  • 🐛 Profile Menu In Inbox Profile menu is no longer blocked by chat window in Inbox

  • 🐛 Duplicate Contacts Duplicate contacts / prospects are no longer allowed to be created.


January 8, 2024 Release

  • 🚀 Coach/ Client Home Dashboard We designed an overview dashboard in Zoee for both the coaches and clients, providing key information to kickstart your day with a sense of control!

  • 🚀 Testimonials Now, prospective clients can gain valuable perspectives on the experiences others have had with you as a coach with the new testimonials section on your public profile page. Learn more

  • Mobile Navigation We enhanced your application experience with our improved mobile navigation, making it easier for both you and your clients to navigate seamlessly while on the go.

  • Profile Image Specs We added profile photo specifications to image upload modal to improve the experience.

  • Character Limit & Countdown We added character limit and countdown to edit modal of profile intro, title, and about sections to give you better feedback on how much text you need and can add.

  • Scheduling Language We standardized and streamlined the wording on buttons and steps across scheduling and contacts to make the process feel more intuitive for clients.

  • Duplicate Calendar Prevention We added to logic to prevent coaches from adding same calendar to multiple accounts while testing which was causing errors with scheduling availability.

  • Profile Page Tab Visibility Sections within your profile that do not have content yet will have their navigation tabs hidden until content added to help your account appear full and complete.

  • 🐛 Subscription Visibility Coaches were not seeing their subscription due to a bug. This is now fixed and your account should be showing the appropriate subscription type.

  • 🐛 Adding Testimonials In Mobile Due to a bug, users weren't able add additional contacts in mobile. This issue is now resolved.

  • 🐛 Message Icon On Non-Zoee Meetings Message icon was showing up in non-zoee meetings on users' calendars. This bug has been fixed and non-Zoee meeting no longer show the message icon.

  • 🐛 Name Update In Inbox Updating name in account settings will now reflect in inbox messages as well!
