How can I get help setting up my account?

Book an onboarding call with Zoee

Need a hand? Schedule a call with us – our team is here to help you every step of the way. Each Zoee member is eligible for an orientation call.

Schedule an Orientation Call:

  1. Visit our scheduling page.

  2. Book the most convenient date and time for you and click the Next button.

  3. Enter your Name and Email and optional message.

  4. Click on Schedule Event and you’ll receive the confirmation details through your email.

Chat with Zoee:

We know that sometimes you need help as soon as possible. If so, you can chat directly with a member of our concierge team.

  1. Click on the question mark icon located at the bottom right corner of the page.

  2. Select Send us a message and let us know your concern.

    • Our team typically replies in a few minutes during business hours.

Email Zoee:

If you have further questions or feedback, you can also contact the Zoee team by dropping us an email at support@zoee.com.
