The Convert documents to PDF utility can be found in the menu, under the Utilities section.
After selecting the utility you will be presented with a window, with the conversion options on the left, and a file explorer on the right.
File to convert - Click in the File to convert field and then select the file you wish to convert from the File Explorer window. Note: You cannot select any files which are already in the PDF format.
Save location - The save location will default to the same location as the File to convert. If you wish to change this you are able to change the path.
View PDF document - This will be enabled by default. Having this option selected means the PDF file will open when conversion has finished.
Convert - Click this button when you are ready to begin the conversion process.
