You can use the section start number section property to specify the pagination of the first document in the bundle - the rest of the bundle will be paginated following on from this number.
To begin, first you'll need to enable "Use page ranges" in the formatting options and set the page setting to "Numeric":
With that enabled, you can set the starting section number in the section properties by right-clicking the first section and amending the "Section start number":
Note: You'll only need to do this for the first section, as the other documents and sections will follow on continuously from this point.

This method will only change the pagination for the sections and documents, not the index and cover page. If you do not need the index/cover page paginated, we recommend setting the following settings to "None".
