As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining account security and user trust, we have released a new security update for the Zylpha bundling platform. This update introduces several enhancements designed to strengthen account protection - most notably the addition of One-Time Passcodes (OTPs), which can be delivered via SMS or email.
Due to this update, all existing Zylpha users are required to set a new account password before logging in. When accessing the updated login page, simply select “Forgot password?” when prompted for your password, and follow the on‑screen steps to create your new credentials.
