Each bundle created using Zylpha Online Bundling will have a unique ID assigned to it. You may be asked to provide this ID by our support team to help us investigate your support issue.
Bundle ID
If requested by our support team, the bundle support identifier can be found in the bundle properties, which can be accessed by selecting the blank space next to the bundle title.
The bundle properties will then appear on the right hand side - the bundle ID can be found at the top.
Document ID
Each document will also have a support identifier; this allows us to better diagnose problems with individual documents and can be found in the document row.
