Each bundle created using Zylpha Online Bundling will have a unique ID assigned to it. You may be asked to provide this ID by our support team to help us investigate your support issue.

If requested by our support team, the bundle ID can be found in the bundle properties, which can be accessed by clicking the bundle metadata underneath the bundle title.

Each document will also have a support identifier, this allows us to better diagnose problems with individual documents and can be found in the document row.
