How to Deposit Cash Using Ethereum Stablecoins and Use the Virtual Bridge to PulseChain

We are excited to simplify the onboarding process by allowing users to deposit cash on the Coast Platform using Ethereum-based stablecoins (USDC, USDT, and DAI). This creates an effective virtual bridge between Ethereum and PulseChain.

To get started, head to the Deposit/Withdraw Page and select Ethereum Stablecoin Deposit.

You’ll then click Select Stablecoin to Deposit, where you can choose from USDC, USDT, or DAI. Be sure to connect your wallet to the dApp and ensure you are connected to the Ethereum network.

Next, input the amount of stablecoins you'd like to deposit (the website will automatically read your available balance).

Once you’ve entered the amount, click the blue Deposit button and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

While the on-chain transaction will be completed within the timeframe of an Ethereum block (approximately 14 seconds), please note that it may take up to 10 minutes for your USD balance to update. You can check your updated balance in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

The fee structure for depositing Ethereum stablecoins is similar to other platform functions, ranging from 0.25% to 1%, depending on the amount of eWAIT locked (between 1k and 100k). This means that at the lowest fee tier, using our virtual bridge is more cost-effective compared to the official PulseChain bridge, which has a 0.3% fee.
