I'm a player. Where is my Stacks ID?
Your Stacks ID is at the top of your player profile. Use it to connect your MLBU BASE results to the MLBU app for features like Player Match, which shows which big leaguer your game most closely mirrors. Here's how to connect Stacks in the MLBU app.
I need help with the MLBU app.
Stacks and the MLBU app are separate accounts. For help logging in to the MLBU app, recovering an MLBU account, or linking your Stacks ID to MLBU, email the MLBU team at hello@mlbu.app.
I can't log in.
On the Stacks login page, click Forgot your password?, enter the email on your profile and click Send Link. We'll email you a link to set a new password. Never activated your account? Click Resend Activation Email instead. See the full steps.
My results look incomplete.
Some data can take up to 24 hours to process after your evaluation. If anything is still missing after that, reply to any of our emails or message us here and we'll take a look.
I'm a coach but can't see my teams.
Your facility admin manages roster access. If your dashboard is empty, check that your admin has accepted your players' requests and assigned you to the right groups or teams.
2. Reading Your Metrics
Your profile shows where you are today and how far you've come. Both live on your main profile page.
Best-of metrics: Your top performances across all sessions, like your best exit velo, fastest 10-yard burst or highest jump.
Session summary: Right below your best-of metrics. It lists every MLBU BASE evaluation you've completed in order, so you can compare sessions and see your progress.
Raw metrics vs. percentiles: Raw metrics are the actual numbers from your session. Percentiles show how each one compares to other players in your age group in Stacks.
What do the colors mean? They're development indicators. Green means you're at the top of your age group. Yellow is mid-range. Red marks a priority area to focus your training on.
How do the age groups work? Players are compared within two age groups: 13 and under (youth-sized fields) and 14 and up (full-sized fields). That way you're always measured against the right comparison group.

3. Sharing & Privacy
Who can see my data?
You control who sees your data. Your facility coaches can see your profile. College coaches and scouts can find you through Player Discovery and see your basic profile info, like your position, graduation year and high school. Your results and contact info stay private until you accept their follow request. You can remove a coach anytime.
Exception: if you completed MLBU BASE at an event where you opted in to scouting, like the Area Code Games, those results are visible to coaches on Player Discovery.
What is Player Discovery?
It's where college coaches and scouts search Stacks for players. Every MLBU BASE evaluation you've completed is already on your profile, so there's nothing to upload. Learn how to manage coach requests.
Can I share my results?
Yes, for TrackMan hitting and pitching sessions. You can download a snapshot or share it with a link, and you can turn off shared links anytime. Here's how.
