Overview
This article covers how to update your profile details and reset your password directly from your player dashboard.
Updating Your Personal Information
Navigate to your Player Profile Dashboard
Click the three dots next to your name
Click Edit
Here you can update the following:
First and last name
Date of birth
Email address
Phone number
Gender
Sport
Do you Hit and/or pitch
Bat handedness
Throws handedness
Bat length
Group
Primary and secondary position
Competition level
Height and weight
Click Save Changes
Resetting Your Password
Click your player profile in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
Click the three dots next to My Profile
Click Reset Password
You will be logged out of your session and a reset password email will be sent to the email address associated with your profile
⚠️ Not sure which email your profile is associated with?
Click the three dots next to your name in your Player Profile Dashboard and select Contact Information to view the email on file.
