Overview
As an Admin, you have the broadest level of access in Stacks. You can update athlete profiles, manage staff roles and group assignments, maintain your own account details, and resend invitations to players or staff who have not yet activated their accounts. Keeping this information accurate ensures your organization runs smoothly and data routes to the right profiles every time.
Updating a Player's Profile Information
Navigate to your Groups or Players tab
Select the desired player
Click the three dots next to the player's name
Click Edit
Here you can update the following:
First and last name
Date of birth
Email address
Phone number
Gender
Sport
Hit and pitch handedness
Bat handedness
Throws handedness
Bat length
Group
Primary and secondary position
Competition level
Height and weight
Click Save Changes
Updating an Instructor or Admin's Member Details
Click Org. Settings
Click the Members tab
Click on the desired member
Click the pencil icon next to Member Details
Here you can adjust the member's role and the groups they have access to
Click Save Changes
Editing Your Own Name or Date of Birth
Click your profile in the bottom left-hand corner
Click the three dots next to My Profile
Click Edit
Here you can update your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth
Click Save Changes
Resetting Your Password
Click your profile in the bottom left-hand corner
Click the three dots next to My Profile
Click Reset Password
In the pop-out box click Reset Password — your session will be closed and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password
Resending a Player Invitation Email
Navigate to the Players tab
Select the desired player
Click the three dots next to the player's name
Click Resend Invitation
A green notification will appear in the bottom left-hand corner confirming the invitation has been successfully sent to the email associated with that player's profile
⚠️ Not sure which email the invitation was sent to?
Click the three dots next to the player's name, select Contact Information, and view the email on file.
