Bug Fixes & Improvements - February 22, 2026

This February update includes bug fixes and improvements across multiple modules - all based on your feedback. Thank you for making 1Place better.

H&S Incidents

Improved:

  • Menu Dropdown: Now displays Incident Types + Settings for quicker access
    ​*Super User only

  • Incident Register: When filters are used on the top page, filtering is now retained after returning from viewing and editing an incident

  • Internal Notifications: Email notifications now send to all users listed in incident type 'Internal Recipients' even when a Special Workflow Category is selected

  • Archived Room Access (App): Incidents linked to archived sites now load correctly when searched in All Incidents page for users with 'Access to Archived Rooms' enabled

  • Search (App): Users can now search and view incidents using 'Resolved' status

Fixed:

  • Incident Register: Fixed page number navigation

  • Completed Incident (V2) Editing: Updating people field now saves changes correctly

  • Incident Category Field (App): This is now set to mandatory for all users

Checklists & Tickets

Fixed:

  • Tickets (App): Tickets with attached checklists no longer show duplicate group names

  • Summary Ticket Report: Fixed the bug where tickets submitted to centers weren't pulling for normal users

Improved:

  • Single Page View (App): Reduced unnecessary re-rendering of group names after each answer when 'Show all Groupings on a single page' setting is enabled

System & UI

Improved:

  • Ellipsis Icon: Updated to white circle with 3 blue dots on both Web and PWA for consistency

API

Improved:

  • Incident API Endpoint: Now includes Version details (V2 only)

Security Enhancement:

  • PIN Code User Switching: Enhanced security when switching between user accounts on shared devices. More details in our next update. Expected release: April.
