Release Notes - January 2026

Updated yesterday

Following our Health & Safety Module release in November 2025, which included platform-wide UI updates, we've been continuously making refinements based on your feedback. These updates improve the interface and navigation experience across the platform.

What We've Improved

H&S Module

Fixed:

  • Web - Incident Register: Date of Incident now displays in one line when it matches the Date Reported (previously showed in two lines despite being the same date). This is now consistent with the checklist register

  • Web - Incident Register: Archived people/children now appear in the 'People' filter and are searchable. Archived people are marked with a strikethrough, making it easy to identify them. This is particularly useful for audits when you need to find records for children who have left the center.

Improved:

  • Web - Incident Register (Design): The incident register now auto-adjusts each column's width so everything fits on one page, even on smaller screens. No more scrolling left and right required.

  • Web - Incident Form Builder: Added a warning if answer labels within the same question are identical, preventing future confusion and errors.

Checklist Module

Improved:

  • Web - Checklist Builder: Added a warning if answer labels within the same question are identical, preventing future confusion and errors. This matches the incident builder functionality.

Settings & Others

Improved:

  • Web - Users' Password Reset: Resetting passwords is now safer, simpler, and smarter. If you're a Super User or have access to reset team members' passwords, you can now do so without entering your own password. Instead, a verification code is sent to your email address, then simply enter the 6 digit code! This is more secure and particularly useful if your team has a dummy email for login but you log in to 1Place using Single Sign On (SSO), so you don't need to hunt for your 1Place password.

  • API - Business Intelligence Integration: When 1Place data is pulled into Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Power BI), incident status labels now display your customized labels instead of the default labels.
