How to: Reset your password

If you have forgotten the password for your own account (under your email address), you can follow the instructions from the Login screen to reset it securely.

Forgot Password

Make sure entering the email address that is registered in 1Place system, then press “Submit”.

You should then receive an email with a password reset link:

By clicking the link, it will then proceed to the page where you can set your new password:

Please ensure that your password is minimum 10 characters long, and must contain at least:

  • One upper-case letter

  • One lower-case letter

  • One number

You can now enter the password you just set up to your mobile app to login.

Changing your password

If you know your password, but need to change or reset it for security reasons, head to the My Details on the web: https://secure.1placeonline.com, once logged in (same credentials as the mobile app, if you usually only use mobile app). This is where you can add and edit personal details.

To access My Details, click the Settings tab, and click 'My Details'.:

To change your password, click the ‘Change Password’ button at the bottom right.

In the following screen, complete the three required fields.

  1. Existing password: enter the password you currently use to log in to 1Place.

  2. New password: enter your new desired password, noting that this must contain at least 10 characters (including 1 upper case, 1 lower case and 1 number).

  3. Confirm Password: enter your new password again in this field.

Click the green 'Save' button once you've entered all details.
