You can manage recipients directly under Settings > Recipients, or while creating a specific campaign in the Snappy dashboard. This article explains how to upload recipients to a campaign.
Choosing the Right Method
Use 1x1 Manual Entry when: You have fewer than 5 people or need to send a quick one-off gift.
Use CSV Upload when: You have 5 or more recipients, are launching a multi-department campaign, or need to upload birthday/hire dates for recurring automations.
Download & Fill Out the Template
Download the File: Click the attachment at the bottom of this article, or directly from your Dashboard during the upload step.
Add Your Recipient Info: Plug in your team's details while following our formatting guidelines:

Step-by-Step Upload Guide
Step 1: Upload to Campaign
For individual additions, click on + Add New Recipient.
For uploading a list, click the "Upload From File" button in your Campaign flow, or drag and drop your file into this section.
Mass Upload Only
Step 2: Map Fields
Match the columns in your file to Snappy's system fields.
Note: If you have extra columns Snappy doesn't use (like "Department ID"), simply select "Ignore this column".
Step 3: Check for Errors
The system will highlight any data issues in Pink. You can click on the cell to fix typos directly on the screen.
Step 4: Confirm
Click "Confirm" to finish. Your recipients are now ready for gifting!
