Spot Rewards (Instant Appreciation)
Best for individual recognition and spontaneous moments. You can send these immediately or keep the campaign active for ongoing use throughout the year.
Best for: Employee of the Month, life events, or "just because" moments.
Unique Feature: This is the only campaign type that allows you to generate gift codes or shareable links.
Scheduled Gifts (Plan Ahead)
Best for bulk gifting. This allows you to set up your gifts now and schedule them to be delivered to a group of recipients on a specific future date and time.
Best for: Holidays, Employee Appreciation Day, or company-wide events.

To Send Gifts:
Click the blue "Send Gifts" button on your dashboard.
1. Select Your Gift 🎁
Set Parameters: Choose the Countries you're sending to and your Budget per gift.
Pick a Collection: Browse the available options and select the specific collection your recipients will choose from (e.g., Wellness, Tech, etc.).
You can also Build Your Own Collection if you prefer!
2. Configure Settings ⚙️
Delivery Method: Choose how to send the gift (Email, SMS, or generate a specific Link/Code).
Timing:
For Spot Rewards: Leave as "Send Now."
For Scheduled Gifts: Select a specific future date and time.
Expiration: Set how many days the recipient has to claim the gift.
3. Personalize 🎨
Design: Customize the email header and the digital "unwrapping" experience with your brand colors or logo.
Message: Write a greeting card note - the same messaging will be shared with all gift recipients.
💡 Pro Tip: Use the
@firstnametag to automatically insert each recipient's name in the message for additional personalization.
4. Add Recipients 👥
Choose one of three methods:
Upload File: Best for bulk/scheduled gifts. Upload a spreadsheet (CSV) with names and emails.
Select Existing: Choose people you have sent to before from your history.
Add New: Manually type in details for a single person (best for one-off Spot Rewards).
5. Review & Launch 🚀
Test: Click "Send Test Email" to preview exactly what your recipients will see.
Billing: Confirm your payment method is correct.
Finish: Click "Send Gifts" (for Spot) or "Schedule Gifts" (for later).
