Campaign Types
Snappy offers three campaign structures to fit different goals:
Type | Best For | Description |
Spot Rewards | Instant Appreciation | Best for spontaneous recognition (e.g., "Employee of the Month") or individual life events. This is the only type that supports generating Gift Links or Codes for manual distribution. |
Scheduled Gifts | Bulk Gifting | Best for holidays or company-wide events. Set up gifts now to be delivered to a group on a specific future date and time. |
Automated Gifts | Milestones | "Set it and forget it." Upload a recipient list with key dates (Birthdays, Work Anniversaries), and the system automatically sends a gift when that date arrives. |
