What is Pay by Purchase Order?
With Pay by Purchase Order, you receive a monthly invoice covering all gifts claimed and processed during the previous month rather than paying upfront. The invoice will reference your PO number and your cumulative spend will be capped by the PO amount.
Account Eligibility: Pay by Purchase Order requires approved payment terms. To qualify, you must have an Enterprise Annual Plan, meet the minimum annual spend, and receive Finance approval. Contact billing@snappy.com to check your eligibility.
Your account is assigned a monthly credit limit. If your monthly spend exceeds this limit, you'll need to send additional gifts using the Prepay billing method.
