What are Bulk Items & Kits?
Bulk Items & Kits allow you to purchase branded merchandise in large quantities upfront. Unlike "On Demand" swag, these items are produced in bulk and stored at Snappy's fulfillment center.

Expanded Selection: Access a wider variety of brands and products than the standard catalog.
Custom Kitting: Create a unique unboxing experience with branded packaging, custom inserts, and multi-item kits.
Full Control: You own the inventory. Use the management dashboard to track stock levels and ship items to recipients or bulk locations (e.g., an office for an event).
Eligibility: This program is currently available to Enterprise customers only.

Information Needed for a Quote
To get an accurate proposal, please provide the following:
Quantity: Estimated number of items (Minimums are typically 50 units).
Budget: Target spend per item.
Timeline: Date you need items available in the dashboard or delivered to a location.
Project Scope: Who are the recipients? (e.g., New hires, holiday gift, prospective clients).
Preferences: Specific items you want (or definitely don't want).
Kitting: Do you want single items or a boxed kit?
Artwork: Your logo in Vector format (see guidelines below).
The Process
Proposal: The Snappy team creates a proposal with item options and pricing.
Review: You review, request edits, and approve the final selection.
Invoice & Payment: You receive an invoice. Production begins after payment is received.
Production: Items are produced and shipped to the warehouse.
Standard Lead Time: 4-6 weeks after payment and approval.

No. At this time, bulk items and kits can only be shipped within the US.
What are the minimum quantities?
It varies by item, but generally, the minimum is 50 units.
Is inventory guaranteed?
No. Snappy relies on partners for blank inventory. Stock is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until the order is secured.
How long does production take?
Generally, 4-6 weeks from the time the invoice is paid and the order is approved. Peak seasons (like holidays) may require longer lead times.
