Eligibility: On-Demand Plus is currently available for customers on the Elevated plan, with shipping support for the United States only.


How to Get Started

Because On Demand Plus involves a manual setup for certain partners and decoration types, the process is more assisted than Instant On Demand:

  1. Curation: Work with the Snappy Swag team to select your premium items and determine the best decoration methods.

  2. Artwork Submission: Provide your high-resolution logo and branding assets. See Art Guidelines here.

  3. Collection Setup: The Snappy team will take your assets, create the items, and configure the collection within your dashboard.

  4. Launch: Once the collection is live, you can add it to any campaign and begin rewarding your recipients.

Service & Support

  • How is this different from Instant On Demand?

    • Instant On-Demand is a "do-it-yourself" tool for standard items. On Demand Plus provides expert support for a more complex, premium selection of products.

  • Can I ship internationally?

    • Currently, On Demand Plus is restricted to recipients within the United States. For global shipping, please use our Instant On Demand or Bulk Items & Kits programs.

Returns & Quality

  • What if an item is damaged or incorrect?

    • Snappy ensures the highest quality. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced if reported within 30 days.

  • Can recipients return items for a different size?

    • Since items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of heart or incorrect size selection by the recipient. We will, however, replace items if the wrong size was shipped by the manufacturer.
