What is Instant On Demand Swag?

Instant On Demand is a self-service tool that lets you create branded merchandise collections in minutes. Items are made-to-order (printed only when a recipient selects them), eliminating the need for upfront inventory costs or estimating sizes.

How to Create a Collection

Follow these steps to launch your branded swag campaign:

  1. Access the Hub: Navigate to the Swag Hub tab in your Dashboard and select Instant On Demand.

  2. Upload Artwork: Upload your logo (PNG recommended). See Design Guidelines here.

  3. Generate Mockups: Click Apply Artwork to automatically see your logo on all catalog items.

  4. Customize:

    • Edit Items: Click Edit on any product to adjust logo placement, add text/clipart, or change item colors.

    • Select Colors: Use the Product tab within the design tool to add or remove specific color options for recipients.

  5. Finalize: Remove any unwanted items using the Remove button. Once finished, click Save Collection.

    • Note: A "Snappy’s Picks" and "Swag Mix" collection will be automatically generated alongside your branded collection to give recipients more choice.

Shipping & Production

  • What is your production time

    • 7–14 business days (longer during holidays).

  • Where do you ship?

    • US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and most of the EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, etc.).

  • Can I ship to one location?

    • On-Demand is designed for individual recipients. For bulk shipments to an office, use the Bulk Items & Kits program instead.

Managing Collections

  • Can I edit a live collection?

    • Yes, you can edit or remove items, but you cannot add deleted items back (you must create a new collection).

  • Can I have multiple logos?

    • You can only have one logo per item. To offer different logos, you must create separate items or collections.

Returns & Quality

  • What if an item arrives damaged?

    • Replaced if reported within 30 days.

  • What if an item is the wrong size?

    • No returns for "change of heart," but Snappy will replace items if the recipient receives a size different from what they selected.

  • Quality Check

    • Always review your mockups carefully. Snappy cannot replace items if the logo was uploaded incorrectly (e.g., cut off or low resolution) by the admin.
