The Activity tab is your central hub for store transparency. It provides high-level analytics on what your team is buying, how often they are visiting, and who still needs an invitation to shop.
Analyzing Performance Data
Use the top section of the Activity tab to gain insights into your store's health and product popularity.
Product Insights
The Product Reel: Visually track which items are your best-sellers. The Product Reel ranks every item in your store, displaying the total number of sales directly on the product image.
Sales Trends: Gain deeper insights into purchase behavior over time to help curate your future catalog.
Real-Time Metrics
Monitor your store's engagement by comparing the following metrics against the previous seven days:
Store Sessions: Total visits to your storefront and the percentage change.
Ordered Items: The total volume of swag claimed.
Average Product Views: How many products the average recipient looks at before making a choice.
The "Last Activity" Feed
Located at the bottom of the Activity tab, the Last Activity section acts as your real-time log for operational tasks.
Recent Orders: A chronological list of recent purchases and the names of the buyers.
Points/Gift Allocation: A record of which users have recently received point rewards or gift credits.
Inviting & Reminding Users
The Activity tab isn't just for viewing data—it's for taking action. You can send or resend store invitations directly from the Last Activity feed.
How to Send Invitations:
Locate a recipient who has received points but hasn't been notified.
Click the Invite (or Invite Again) button.
Choose your notification method:
Automated Email: Snappy sends a standard email with a store link and description. (Use the "Send me a test email" button to preview this).
Custom Email: Use your own internal email template to share the store link manually.
💡 Pro-Tip: Use the Send Reminders button at the top of the Activity tab to automate follow-ups for any recipients who have pending balances but haven't made a purchase yet.
