What is an Admin Order vs. a Bulk Order?
While your recipients usually use their points to "buy" their own swag, you can also place orders directly using the credit card on file for your store.
Admin Order: You want to send a single item directly to one specific person's address (e.g., sending a branded jacket to a guest speaker).
Bulk Order: You want to order a large quantity of items to a single location (e.g., ordering 100 branded water bottles to your headquarters for a company offsite).
Placing a Single Admin Order
To send a specific item directly to someone without requiring them to log in or use points:
Navigate to the Customize tab in your Store Dashboard.
Locate the specific product you want to send and click on it.
Look for the Admin Order (or "Place Order") button within the product details.
Select the specific size and color variations you need.
Enter the recipient's shipping address.
Confirm the payment. (This will charge the credit card you have on file in your Payment tab).
Placing a Bulk Order
Need to stock up the office? Bulk orders allow you to ship a large quantity of swag directly to your chosen location.
Navigate to the Customize tab and click on the product you want to order in bulk.
Select the Bulk Order option.
Input the exact quantities you need for each size/variation.
Enter your destination shipping address (e.g., your office address).
Confirm the payment.
π‘ Bulk Order Tip: If you are ordering items for an event, we highly recommend placing your bulk order at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to account for production, printing, and shipping times!

Because Snappy's Swag Store offers all-inclusive pricing, you never have to worry about surprise shipping fees at checkout.
Shipping Costs & Customs
The point value (or price) you see on an item includes the product cost, handling, taxes, and worldwide shipping. If you are shipping internationally, all duties and taxes are paid upfront (DDP), meaning your recipient will never be asked to pay customs fees to receive their package.

How to Track an Order
For Admins: You can track the status of any order (including Admin and Bulk orders) directly from the Activity tab in your dashboard.
For Recipients: When an employee places their own order using points, they will automatically receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking email once the item ships.
