To make managing company merch effortless, we are introducing Designs.
A Design is a saved master asset in your library. Create a design once (e.g., ACME White Logo), and deploy it effortlessly across any gifting channel:
Swag Collections: Curated sets where recipients choose their favorite item.
Mixed Collections: Combine branded swag with physical gifts and digital experiences.
Swag Stores: Branded portals where employees redeem points for merchandise.
Single Item Sends: Send one specific branded item directly to a recipient.
You can easily organize variations—such as light vs. dark logos for different departments, client accounts, or occasions—while ensuring total brand consistency.
Navigating Your Swag Page
Click the Swag tab in your top dashboard menu to access three dedicated workspaces:
Discover: Instant creation tools, curated thematic inspiration (e.g., Eco-Sustainable, Summer Essentials), and recent draft projects.
Catalog: Browse, search, and filter hundreds of top-brand products by budget, country, and category.
My Swag: Your central operational hub to edit, duplicate, share, or manage your Designs, Collections, Stores, Inventory, and Shipment History.
Step-by-Step: How to Design Swag Items
Creating production-ready branded merchandise takes just a few clicks:
Step 1: Provide Your Logo
Navigate to Swag > Discover. Enter your company website URL (e.g., yourcompany.com) to automatically fetch your logo, or upload a high-resolution logo file (.PNG 1500x1500px minimum or .SVG).
Step 2: Automated Brand Analysis
Our creation tool automatically analyzes your logo file—checking image resolution, dimensions, contrast scores, and primary brand colors.
Step 3: Instant Product Previews
Instantly view your logo rendered across various apparel, drinkware, tech, and accessories.
Any quality or resolution issues are flagged automatically for quick adjustments.
Step 4: Review & Personalize
Click any individual product to review item specifications, shipping inclusions, color choices, and recipient sizing.
Step 5: Fine-Tune Your Artwork
Use the built-in design editor to adjust logo placement, add graphics or custom text, change product colors, or enable personalized recipient text options.
Step 6: Save & Distribute Everywhere
Click Save & Update. Your finalized design automatically saves to My Designs. From there, deploy it instantly into a Swag Collection, Mixed Collection, Swag Store, or send it as a Single Item Gift!
