1️⃣ Issues Uploading Photo of COLT Screen

Forgot to upload a picture.

- If SMS confirmation received: Upload screenshot of SMS; we’ll remove photo requirement.
- First COLT Bypass (Last 30 Days): Ensure compliance; we’ll remove photo this time, but next time points will be deducted.
- Repeated COLT Bypass (Last 30 Days): Removal from platform possible; 500 tier points deducted.

2️⃣ Error Uploading an Image

Unable to upload image of COLT screen.

- Loaded trailer check-in/out: Upload BOL photo with all fields visible.
- Empty trailer check-in/out: Ensure all fields visible.
- None of the above work: Share screenshot with Support.

3️⃣ COLT Kiosk Isn’t Working

COLT kiosk not functioning.

- Loaded trailer check-in/out: Upload BOL photo.
- Empty trailer check-in/out: Request available empty trailer, or drop off and proceed.
- Issue reported: Customer notified for necessary follow-ups.

4️⃣ Unable to Access the COLT Kiosk

Yard or kiosk is inaccessible.

- Yard inaccessible: TONU will be issued.
- COLT Kiosk inaccessible: For loaded trailer, use mailbox for BOL. For empty trailers, COLT requirement will be removed.

5️⃣ End of Support Process

Confirm issue resolution.

- If Yes: Ticket closed.
- If No: Intercom ticket opened and connected to Ops Support.
