Resetting the Ai Box can help troubleshoot the device configuration and resolve various operational problems.
IMPORTANT!!!
Please do not interrupt the reset process as this may cause your Ai Box to stop working.
Turn on the AI Box:
Ensure that the AI Box is powered on and functioning in your vehicle.
Access the AI Box settings menu:
Make sure the AI Box is turned on and working in your vehicle.
On your vehicle's screen, access the AI Box settings usually in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select the reset option:
Once inside the settings, scroll down and enter "System". Select "Reset options" and then choose "Erase all data (factory reset)".
Confirm the reset:
Accept all confirmation messages that appear. The AI Box will begin the reset process.
Wait for the process to complete:
The AI Box will automatically restart once the reset process is complete. This may take a few minutes. Do not disconnect the AI Box or turn off your vehicle until the AI Box restarts.
Set up the AI Box:
After resetting the AI Box, you will need to reconfigure the connections and settings according to your preferences, including Wi-Fi and reconnecting to your smartphone.
