Verify the Connection whith you car:

  • Does the CarPlay screen appear on your vehicle’s display when you connect the device to your car stereo? If the CarPlay screen doesn't appear, please refer to these articles to solve the problem, for CarPlay or Android Auto.

Re-pair the Devices:

  • Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and "forget" the AutoSky adapter.

  • Disconnect the adapter from the car and then reconnect it.

  • Re-pair the adapter with your phone. This can help refresh the connection and resolve any disconnection issues.

Update the Firmware:

  • Ensure that your adapter’s firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can fix known bugs and improve stability.

  • Refer to the manual or here for more information on updating the firmware and follow the instructions to update your device.

Reset the Adapter:

  • Perform a factory reset on the adapter to clear any temporary glitches.

  • Refer to the user manual or here for instructions on how to reset your device.

Check for Interference in the Car Environment:

  • Sometimes, other electronic devices within the car can cause interference with the Bluetooth signal.

  • Ensure that your phone and the adapter are not placed near any devices that could cause interference.

Bluetooth Settings on the Phone:

  • Check your phone’s Bluetooth settings to ensure it’s not set to automatically connect to other devices, which can cause it to disconnect from the adapter.
