This guide will show you how to delete your Bitnob account. Deleting your account is a permanent action and cannot be undone after 30 days. Once your account is deleted, all of your data will be permanently deleted, including your personal details, transaction history, funds, and wallets. You will no longer be able to sign in or access your account.

How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, follow these steps:
Open the app and sign in to your account.
Tap on the Profile icon in the top left corner of the screen.
Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
Tap on Yes, Delete to confirm.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
You can reactivate your account before 30 days from the day you deleted your account.
If you delete your account and then create a new one with the same email address, your old account will not be restored.
If you have any pending payments, they will not be refunded.
