What's New
Apricot Re-Certification Exam is Now Live!
As a part of our revamped Administrator Certification program, we are now offering a biannual check-in to help you stay up to date on all the latest releases. Don’t worry, it’s only 5-10 questions and gives you the chance to show off your continued expertise!
An updated re-certification exam will be available to all Certified Administrators twice per year to maintain the badge. If you haven’t explored certification yet, we’d love to tell you more. Stop by one of our prep courses to see if you have what it takes!
What's Coming
Coming in 2026: Bonterra Central - A community for doers of good
Bonterra Central will be your all-in-one destination for everything you need to succeed with Apricot. With a powerful unified search, you’ll be able to quickly find training resources, help articles, product updates, webinars, and more—all in one place.
As part of this launch, we’re also introducing a vibrant customer community forum where you can ask questions, share insights, and connect with other Apricot users to make the most of your software experience.
Plus, if you have an Apricot training subscription, you’ll soon have a new home for all your paid training content right within Bonterra Central.

Experience easier login access in 2026
Beginning in 2026, we're excited to provide you with one secure login for all of your Bonterra products - including Apricot!
In the new year, we'll be replacing the existing login page for all US customers with a new and improved login experience - making it easier for you to access the Apricot platform you know and love, as well as new and exciting fundraising tools (like Bonterra Central and the Nonprofit Hub) in the future!

Find what you need (and fast!) with our new Resource Center
We know that when you’re looking for information, you don’t want to have to search multiple messages or platforms to find what you need. That’s why, beginning next month, all of the resources you know and love will be found in our new, consolidated Resource Center!
The Resource Center is a new, centralized way for you to get the help you need. You’ll be able to find answers to your questions faster and easier, explore new product announcements (like the ones in this newsletter!), share feedback, and even contact our Support Team for anything our other resources haven’t addressed.
Stay tuned for this exciting new change, rolling out early next month!

This expert-led product release event will provide an updated look at what has changed in Apricot during the past month.
We’ll dive into our most recent product releases, experience a live demo of any applicable changes, and provide you with time to get your questions answered during an extended Q&A session.
The presentation and demonstration portion of our session will last around 20-30 minutes, leaving ample time for you to ask questions and get clarification on any product enhancements we cover.
Less Clicks, More Clarity: Best Practices for Effective Workflows
Wednesday, November 26th at 1:30pm CT
When it comes to staff workflows, clarity is everything. Join our coaches for a practical session on designing efficient, effective workflows that make life easier for your team—and your reports cleaner on the administrative end.
We’ll cover best practices for:
Building workflows that reduce friction and boost staff adoption
Designing forms with data clarity in mind

State Sales Tax Exemption certificates needed!
If your organization is exempt from state sales tax - Bonterra needs a copy of your State Sales Tax Exemption certificate as soon as possible, in order to honor that exemption.
Now is the time to ensure that your exemption is on record with us to avoid any unnecessary charges. Keep an eye out for an email from us, with further details on how you can submit these certificates to us.
