Save time and protect data quality with Draft Records
You asked — we listened. You can now save your progress while filling out forms in Apricot using Draft Records. With this update, your staff can pause mid-entry without losing their work — no more entering placeholder data or rushing to complete required fields.
To enable this feature, simply check the Allow Drafts box when building a form.
Here’s how Draft Records can support your team:
Prevent lost work by allowing staff to save as they go
Avoid placeholder data when information isn’t immediately available
Support collaboration when multiple staff contribute to a single form
Manage drafts with ease at both the user and Admin levels
Draft Records is now supported when using Imports, making bulk data entry more flexible and less risky than ever before!
Plus, with Advanced Access, you can now give Standard users visibility into the organization-wide Draft Manager dashboard, so nothing slips through the cracks.
