How do I manage my availability in Apricot Schedule?

After syncing your calendar, you can manage your availability directly within Apricot. This allows you to set your preferred working hours and mark specific times as unavailable. When someone schedules an appointment with you in Apricot, they’ll only be able to choose time slots that fall within your available range and don’t conflict with existing calendar events.

Your availability settings apply only to appointments scheduled through Apricot. They do not affect your external calendar provider.

Step 1: Open My Calendars

From My Apricot Tools in the navigation bar, select Schedule. Then, click the three-dot icon (or the kebab menu) at the top-right corner of the My Calendars page and click Manage My Availability.

Step 2: Set your default availability

Switch to the "Manage My Availability" tab. Here you'll see your weekly availability grid.

Click and drag through the 15-minute time slots to add or remove your availability for specific days. You can set different hours for different days, or clear a day entirely to make yourself unavailable.

Note: Apricot Schedule automatically checks for conflicts by referencing your synced external calendar. If you already have a meeting or event scheduled during one of your available hours, that time will be blocked from selection when scheduling a new appointment.
