By default, Apricot Schedule only shows your own calendar. However, if other staff users have synced their calendars, you can choose to display their appointments alongside yours. This can help with scheduling team meetings, checking colleague availability, or coordinating appointments for shared participants.
You can view multiple users' calendars at once, and each calendar will appear in a different color for easy reference.
Step 1: Navigate to My Calendars
From My Apricot Tools in the navigation bar, select Schedule. Your calendar will display by default with only your appointments.
Step 2: Choose calendars to display
In the top-right corner of the calendar, click the Calendars button. A dropdown will appear with a list of all users who have synced their calendars with Apricot.
Check the box next to any user's calendar you want to view. You can select one or multiple users.
Each selected user's appointments will appear alongside your own, with color-coding to differentiate calendars. While you can view other users’ appointments, you cannot edit or delete them—even if the appointment was created in Apricot. The calendar key will show which color corresponds to each user.
Note: Color assignments are not static and may change if users are added or removed from view. Other staff calendars do not remain checked after navigating away from the My Calendars page.
