How do I view existing appointments on my calendar?

After syncing your calendar, you can view both Apricot-created and externally-created appointments directly from the My Calendars page. The calendar view is fully integrated into Apricot and allows you to see upcoming appointments by day, week, or month.

You can expand individual appointments to see their details and check for scheduling conflicts with other users or participants.

Step 1: Navigate to My Calendars

From My Apricot Tools in the navigation bar, select Schedule. Your calendar will load with any existing calendar events and appointments already displayed.

Step 2: Change the calendar view

Use the dropdown at the top of the calendar to switch between month, week, and day views. This allows you to zoom in on a busy day or get a broader view of your availability for the week or month.

The selected view will persist as long as you stay in the Schedule tab.

Note: In Month View, if there are more appointments than can be shown in a single calendar cell, you’ll see a link such as “+2 more”. Click the link to expand that day and view all appointments.

This ensures your calendar remains readable even on busy days.

Step 3: Expand appointment details

Click on any appointment to view additional details, including:

  • Participants

  • Staff attendees

  • Date and time

  • Location or video conferencing link

  • Description (if included)

If the appointment was created in Apricot, you’ll be able to edit or delete it directly from this screen.

Important: If the appointment came from your external calendar (e.g., a meeting created in Google or Outlook), it will be marked as view-only. External calendar events cannot be edited or deleted from within Apricot.
