Impact Hub for Apricot is Bonterra’s modern reporting experience designed to help organizations understand and communicate their impact more clearly. It allows Apricot users to build and view interactive dashboards using standardized Apricot data, supporting faster insights and more consistent reporting across programs and organizations.
Access to Impact Hub happens separately from Apricot using a Bonterra login. After an Apricot site is connected, Impact Hub uses Apricot Data Standards to generate report-ready datasets that are refreshed on a regular schedule. This allows teams to work with current, consistent data without relying on manual exports or repeated report setup.
Impact Hub is intended for organizations whose reporting needs go beyond basic counts or static reports. When native reporting or Results Reporting feels slow, limited, or difficult to scale, Impact Hub offers a more flexible way to explore and share results. It supports both single-site and multi-site reporting and does not require participation in a Service Provider Network to be useful.
The experience focuses on helping users explore data visually, apply filters, and understand trends without needing technical expertise. Impact Hub works alongside existing Apricot reporting tools, giving organizations more options based on the questions they need to answer.

Feature Availability
Impact Hub is currently available only to U.S.-based Apricot organizations. We’re continuing to evaluate availability in other regions. If your organization is based outside the U.S. and you’re interested in using Impact Hub, please reach out to your Bonterra contact to share your interest.
Access is managed through Author and Reader roles, with license availability based on your Apricot tier. Author Pro and Reader Pro tiers include additional advanced reporting capabilities.
