How do I view existing dashboards in Impact Hub?

Updated this week

The Dashboards page is where you view dashboards that have been published and shared with you in Impact Hub. From this page, you can browse available dashboards, sort them, refresh the list, and open dashboards to explore their data.

Dashboards are read-only. Editing requires access to Builder and an Author role.

Open the Dashboards page

To view dashboards, start from the Impact Hub navigation menu.

  1. Sign in to Impact Hub.

  2. From the left-side navigation menu, select Dashboards.

The Dashboards page opens and displays all dashboards available to you.

Review the dashboard list

The All dashboards tab shows a list of dashboards you have permission to view.

Each dashboard entry includes:

  • Dashboard name

  • Created date

  • Last modified date

  • View dashboard link

If your organization publishes multiple dashboards, this list may grow over time.

Sort dashboards

You can use the sorting tool to organize the dashboard list.

At the top of the page, select Sort by to sort dashboards by:

  • Date modified

  • Date created

  • Name

Sorting helps you quickly find recently updated dashboards or locate dashboards by name.

Refresh the dashboard list

If a dashboard was recently published or updated and does not appear right away, refresh the list.

To refresh:

  • Select Refresh dashboards in the top-right corner of the page.

Refreshing will:

  • Reload the full dashboard list

  • Update modified timestamps

  • Display newly shared dashboards

If refreshing does not show the dashboard you expect, confirm that the dashboard has been shared with you or your organization.

Open a dashboard

To view a dashboard:

  • Select View dashboard next to the dashboard name.

Once opened, you can:

  • Interact with filters

  • View charts and tables

  • Drill down into data

  • Export or share the dashboard (if permitted)

Important things to know

  • You will only see dashboards that you own or that have been shared with you or your organization.

  • Dashboards display data from connected data sources and reflect the most recent dataset sync.

  • New or updated Apricot data is typically available in Impact Hub within approximately two hours, once datasets are established.

  • If data appears outdated, waiting for the next dataset sync may resolve the issue.
